Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU)

ADU seems to have won the day here in Eugene to describe what formally was called secondary dwelling unites.  This one for my mom might more appropriately be considered a granny flat becasue it may well be two flats on top of each other and the bottom one will be for a woman that for all her grandchildren chose to be called Granny.
